At 10Ten Nutrition, your satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, we are only able to accept returns of unopened and unused items in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. This ensures the safety and integrity of all products we ship.
If your order has been opened or used, it is not eligible for return due to food safety regulations.
Returns & Eligibility
- We accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, the product must be sealed, untampered, and in resellable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@10tennutrition.com with:
- Photos of the product and the original packaging
- Your order number
Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or refund — this is determined at our discretion.
Exchanges
We do not process direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the unopened item (per above guidelines) and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, unsealed, or partially used supplements
- Final sale items (marked as such at checkout)
- Gift cards
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after your return is received and inspected, or after a verified damaged/defective claim is approved.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
