Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Federal holidays may affect processing and carrier transit times.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after this cutoff may process on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Delivery estimate: 3–5 business days for the contiguous U.S.

Delivery estimate: 5–10 business days for Alaska and Hawaii.

This option is complimentary on all orders.

Expedited Shipping ($3.95 per order)

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery windows are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time begins once the order is processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center.

Most orders arrive within the stated windows, but delays due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control may occur.
Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, or other outlying areas).

Order Tracking

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@10tennutrition.com with your order number and details.
